Product Returns & Cancellations Policy

To make a return simply request via your order page and follow the instructions provided. Note you will be required to pay to return your item unless it is faulty or we sent you the wrong item. Note we will not be held responsible for any return carriage costs for unauthorized returns.

Occasionally we do get things wrong or the item you receive is not quite what you hoped for.

Goods which prove unsuitable upon delivery may be returned after obtaining authorization at the buyers cost for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to us within 30 working days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:

dispatch.

Conditions:

All items to be returned carriage paid by the customer must be received in an as new resalable condition, in order to secure a refund. Note we will not be held responsible for any return carriage costs for unauthorized returns.

If purchased in error you must return the order at your own cost. Note once you have been notified that your order has been dispatched you have to make arrangements to accept the delivery, if you refuse the delivery and your order is returned to us by our chosen service provider, they will charge us for this re-delivery to us. We reserve the right to pass this charge onto you via the refund you will receive once the refused item has been redelivered to us.

Returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return. Note it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of returning items to us, if your order was post free we will deduct the cost we incurred to post the item to you from the refund.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage, tracking information etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.

Please advise our Customer Service Department of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 2 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

Exclusions:

We are unable to refund:

Used items: Such items are not resalable and unless proven to be faulty will not be eligible for return. If you are in any doubt please contact us.

Clearance items: Returns are not accepted for any item listed in our clearance section.

Items damaged in transit: Sending items back in their product packaging only is not enough; items to be returned should be properly protected on their journey back with all the packaging we used to send it to you, including the product packaging and the corrugated outer box. If you send it back any other way you risk the item becoming damaged in transit and consequently you will lose all or part of your refund. The minimum handling charge for items not properly packaged is £20.00.

Trade: We do not accept returns for bulk orders classed as trade customers.

Original delivery charge.

Exceptions: If you return an item that we deem to be faulty upon inspection we will refund the original delivery charge if applicable, note this does not include your return postage to us.

Footwear. We want you to be happy with your boots/waders, if you purchase an item of footwear from us that is unsuitable in size (size guides are available in product images for most styles) you can return it to us at your own cost for refund and re-order size required. Note the boots/footwear you return MUST be unused.

Six Month Warranty. All* our items are covered by a six month warranty from the day you receive the item, if your item fails within this time you can return the item to us at your own cost, (user error, negligence or industrial work use where not stated are not covered) together with proof of purchase, if your item is faulty and we are able to repair it for you, we will, failing that we would replace, if however we are not able to do this and or the item is not faulty, in this instance we may issue a partial refund based on the remainder of your six month warranty. Example if you paid £60 for an item that failed after 5 months and we were unable to repair it, you would be issued a £10 refund, note if a partial refund is the outcome it may not cover the cost of returning the item to us. If the returned item is not found to be faulty we may at our discretion still offer a partial refund via your original payment method or return the item to you free of charge, which ever is the cheapest. The original purchase warranty provided does not pass on to any New replacements. Please also note that tampering/attempting to repair items voids the warranty.
